In this FREE, 15-minute consult call, we will discuss your brief history and goals to ensure that we are able to meet your needs and expectations.

Intake
During your 90-minute intake appointment, we will complete a comprehensive review of your history and create an evaluation and treatment plan.
Personal Program
We will set up a program that meets your needs, and follow up as needed to ensure that you are supported in your health journey. ​

Total Functional Medicine
A year-long Functional Medicine program, including:
Intake
90 minute intake with certified functional medicine provider.
Health Coaching
5 health coaching sessions to focus on lifestyle, stress management, and sleep.
Monthly Follow Up
45 minute sessions with medical provider for continued care.
Comprehensive Labs
Includes GI Map, DUTCH hormone, organic acid test , and mycotoxin testing.
Nutritional Therapy
3 month nutritional therapy program with our partner, Maranatha Wellness.
Provider Support
Ongoing support 6 days/week from your medical provider.
Total Functional Medicine
When you purchase the total FM package, you will be scheduled for your first intake appointment with your Certified Functional Medicine Provider. You will then have a bank of 12 follow up appointments that you are able to use throughout the remainder of the year.
You will also be automatically enrolled in a 3-month Nutritional Therapy program with Tasha Redder, NTP, and similarly will be enrolled for 5 coaching sessions with a Health Coach that is a good fit for you. ​
Lab testing included in the program: GI Map, DUTCH Hormone, Mycotoxin test, and Organic Acid Test. Other labs can be ordered as indicated, but will not be included in the annual cost of the program.
